My Together App ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our user application, which is designed for customers to browse shops, order products, track deliveries, and communicate with merchants.
1. Information We Collect
Personal & Delivery Information
Your Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Delivery Addresses — used for account creation, communication, and order delivery.
Order & Payment Verification Information
Details of the orders you place and any payment receipts or transaction screenshots (e.g., PromptPay, True Money Wallet, KBZPay, WavePay) that you upload to verify manual payment to the respective shop owners. We do NOT process or charge payments directly inside the app.
Camera & Photos
We request access to your device's camera and photo gallery so you can upload a profile picture and upload payment screenshots/receipts to prove payment to the shop. We collect only the specific images you choose to upload.
Device Information
Device IDs and Firebase Cloud Messaging data to send you real-time push notifications for order status updates, delivery tracking, and messages.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process, track, and manage your orders with merchants.
- To share necessary delivery details (name, phone, address) with the respective shop owners for order fulfillment.
- To send you real-time push notifications for order status updates, delivery info, and merchant messages.
- To display shop payment details and facilitate manual payment verification.
- To improve the overall functionality and user experience of our app.
3. Sharing of Information
We only share your information with the specific shop owners you place orders with, strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your orders. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We use trusted third-party service providers (such as Google Firebase for cloud storage and push notifications) strictly for the purpose of operating the app.
4. Data Security
Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We implement standard security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
5. User Rights & Data Deletion Policy
Deletion inside the App
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the app by navigating to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. Once confirmed, your data will be immediately removed from our servers.
Deletion via Request (if App is Uninstalled)
If you no longer have the app installed, contact our customer support at support@mytogether.org. We will process your deletion request within 3 business days.
