My Shop App ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our application, which is designed for shop and business management.
1. Information We Collect
Personal Information
Your Name, Phone Number, and Email Address — used for account creation and security.
Shop & Payment Information
Shop name, address, Google Maps location, and payment account details (e.g., PromptPay, True Money Wallet, KBZPay, WavePay) that shop owners enter to display to customers for payment purposes. We do NOT process or charge any payment directly inside the app.
Camera & Photos
We request access to your device's camera and photo gallery so you can upload shop covers, logos, and menu item images. We collect only the specific images you choose to upload.
Device Information
Device IDs and Firebase Cloud Messaging data to send you real-time push notifications for new orders.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To manage your shop profile, menu, and orders within the app.
- To send you real-time push notifications for new incoming orders.
- To allow customers to contact you and make payments.
- To improve the overall functionality and user experience of our app.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or business information to third parties. We only share necessary data with trusted third-party service providers (such as Google Firebase for cloud storage and push notifications) strictly for the purpose of operating the app.
4. Data Security
Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We implement standard security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
5. User Rights & Data Deletion Policy
Deletion inside the App
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the app by navigating to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. Once confirmed, your data will be immediately removed from our servers.
Deletion via Request (if App is Uninstalled)
If you no longer have the app installed, contact our customer support at support@mytogether.org. We will process your deletion request within 3 business days.
